i spent this past Easter with an old friend, actually an ex of mine...we`re friends now, and yes, it`s been up and down, but i have to say that it was one of my favorite days in awhile. we had a great time, and it`s so nice to be able to be good friends with someone that meant so much to me a few years back. she still does, and always will.
so why am i writing this? because...you hear it all the time, "i hope we can remain friends....". well it`s true...especially in this case, and really except for one girl who absolutely f*cked me up over and should be in the hall of fame of, Gold Diggers, i think i`ve dated some really cool and amazing girls, who i`m very happy to still talk with on an occassional basis! or even get really drunk at Wasted Space (see pics on Facebook!)haha!
anyway, i know that some things can`t ever be undone or unsaid and for some couples, there perhaps is never going back...and that`s too bad, because there obviously was something there to start with...and something there that warmed your heart and made that person so intriguing to you.
i think people need to take the high road, and let bygones be bygones and give friendship a chance...as friends and family is what gets you through on those dark days...
