tick tock and you don`t stop...
okay, so i`ve been "blogging" all day for these Guest Blogs that I was asked to write for this Virtual Book tour that I will be going on, and well... I might be blogged out!
i mean really...
but let`s see, there has to be something that I want to talk about.
perhaps something to do with me watching, Heathers last night? have you seen this? let`s just say this...NO WAY does that movie get made or released in today`s society!!!!!!
Don`t get me wrong...i love that movie! Christian Slater kills it, and Wynona Rider is as smooth as the other side of the pillow.
Plus, "I love my dead gay son" is one of the best lines ever.
But really, think about it...in the wake of Columbine, Virgina Tech, and all the other horrific events that have happened in our country and abroad, NO WAY does that movie hit the screens!
So it makes me think, is our society to wound up? Or is it really that screwed up? I mean, what`s going on? What`s happened?
I love that movie but I think that NO WAY does it get made, because sadly there are some people out there that can`t take that movie for what it is, A MOVIE, but will actually do something stupid because of that! They will actually copycat it or something crazier...
it sucks.
And by the way, for the record Mean Girls is a blatant copycat itself, but can`t hold a candle to Heathers. That movie should be blown up!
And is it just me or does that movie make you want to play Strip Croquet!!?!!?!!?!? I`m setting up a course now! Whose in? I guess I better put more on than my Turtle Sarong!
