It reminds me of my days hanging with one of my best friends in Chicago, when we use to go to the pool hall, play all day, betting and drinking...
Him and I aren`t friends anymore, and it sucks.
How does that happen?
How do two people go from being so close to not speaking at all? I`m sure i`m not innocent in all of it, and as I write this, I think to myself I should probably reach out to him and try my best to make things right.
Probably Cowboy up and do my part. Yet ,with guys, egos get in the way and sometimes the past can`t be changed.
I`m going to hope for different.
Anyway, it`s the first day back after a Holiday weekend, and I feel great. I didn`t take it deep and see the sun rise,and instead rested, and chilled. Wow, am i getting older?
And when do you know you`re getting older?
Is it when your body starts to creak and get sore from walking to the mailbox, or when you go to bed before Late Night with David Letterman?
Oh my...
Well maybe it`s not a bad thing. We can`t be Peter Pan forever!
I mean really...think about it.
I was just talking to my girlfriend who said that people are still partying at Drais right now! Ummm, it`s 10AM in the morning on Tuesday!

But back to Peter Pan.
I`ve lived my life like the kid in green tights for so long that I feel like i`ve left a massive amount of carnage in my wake of selfish behavior and craziness, and for that, i`m sorry to anyone that was caught in the middle...
But damn, did we have some good times!
